Interview was scheduled via Whatsapp. The owner of that Subway did a background check, he/she asked what I studied, what my parents did for work. Then availability. Very cordial, polite person.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway

I was scheduled to meet at the location I was applying at by the hiring manager. They brought me in and the hiring manager didn't actually show up. I was told by an employee that they weren't going to make it. I got the job anyway.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Subway (Mulgrave)
Interview
Chat in the dining room one on one with the area manager, structured questions but relaxed, pretty reasonable. They were relatively friendly through out the process. No complaints at all. Pretty casual. Also asked questions about how I would handle certain issues.
Owner isn't the most professional, i felt as if i was bothering him to take the time to connect with me. Wasn't the most fluid conversation, but perhaps it was super busy earlier for him
