Interview
My interview process with Submittable was wonderful. From start to finish, the entire interview process took about 1 1/2 weeks. I went through two virtual interviews, completed a short email challenge, and was sent an offer letter shortly thereafter. Communication from my manager and the HR team was timely, clear, and consistent. The entire process was seamless! I'm so happy to be working at Submittable and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in applying for a position.

Interview
First through HR screening, very basic, they confirm salary expectations but don't share full comp structure for commission. 2nd round with manager, goal seems to be mostly around culture fit and day to day job expectations, 3rd round with VP of Sales, seemed like his role was to intimidate you into not taking the job? interesting last round interview. He mostly talked, didn't ask me many questions, talked about the grit and initiative required for the role.
