Interview
Completed a first round interview with an HR representative. Unpleasant experience. She asked me why one of my majors was in a non-accounting or finance field condescendingly even though my other major was finance. Denied a few hours after the interview.
Their interview process was tedious with no guidance. They put you through a long process and don’t communicate your progress. Too months to get back to me about my status in the process. I had to reach out to find out.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI)
Interview
1. Phone screen with the head of the program -- all behavioral. Pretty straightforward. Want to see if you are driven, possess natural leaderships ability, and are able to learn quickly.
2. Hour-long Gallup phone interview -- all behavioral to see if you fit their patterns. Be prepared to share lots of different experiences (not your typical behavioral questions).
3. On-site interview at headquarters. 2 hours of interviews. Be familiar with just about everything about the company.
