Professional and relaxed. Laid out all steps on first interview. They seem to take their interview process seriously, please note this is a full time 100% commission role which was not stated in the job description.

Question 1
Resume Review/Standard Questions on first call. Second interview tih hiring manager. Third interview is a test, that will be reviewed by A.I/computer program to see how you answer open ended questions. Final, an example sales/customer scenario with time to prep. Answers analyzed accordingly.

Interview
Initial interviews are very conversational, nothing really matters until you pass the GALLUP test, and if you don't they typically won't hire you. The test repeaats alot of the same questions, and the key is to be consistent and as concise as possible with your answers.
