I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Stryker (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
The one interviewing me was busy, so I had to wait, but the interview was very good. My interviewer was very personable, and spoke honestly; I didn't feel like they were trying to talk the company up. They were relaxed and so was I, so it was an easy process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process is a joke. The staff brought in to interview me were employees within the department. They asked vague questions and not very much about the actual job skills and education I had to meet the position. I felt during the interview process that some of management shunned applicants who have a high set of skills in fear of being outdone or that the potential employee would do better than them, so they historically choose lesser skilled and qualified applicants.
