I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
1st F2F interview. Felt like interviewee was running through the questions. Could be because first candidate was late for the interview and it lasted awhile. Didn't talk much about the company or position. Questions were a bit difficult and caught me off guard.

Question 1
Do you like to read? What was the last book you read?
Biggest misconception people have about you?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
