I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Amsterdam) in Aug 2023
Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews (HR, Gallup, Senior Manager, Hiring Manager, Future Colleague). I received an offer where the salary was significantly lower than initially agreed to. Apparently the recruiter had ''made a mistake'' in the first call when discussing the pay. It was very disappointing and I had to turn down the offer. What a waste of time for both parties... Besides this major error, there were in general quite a lot of mistakes made by the HR department throughout the whole process related to scheduling and location mix-ups. As for the interviews, they were comfortable. There were no unexpected questions. The Gallup interview is the only one that I would describe as more complex as the questions are quite diverse.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Stryker (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Mar 2026
Interview
It is nice and the interview was also nice . They asked conceptual questions .It was logical and structural too. They also asked how we got to know about the stryker and all important questions

Question 1
Machine learning questions and business related questions
Interviewer was late, crabby and tried to talk me out of the job. When I rebutted she then told me she didn't even read the description and proceeded to. I dropped off the call.

Question 1
Why do you want this job when most of your experience is in something else.
HR and line manager interviews went well, but there will be a personality test, which is crazy. About 45mins, I am boombed with tons of questions, there is no OK or not OK answer, the interviewer wont explain you the questions as well, which is very annoying.

I dont remember any of the questions anymore, but it's all about the job and the expectation of my careers
