The Interview process was impersonal, challenging, I had to ask for an interview and didn't get a callback from the hiring manager. The recruiter didn't respond back after I messaged.
It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.

Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
