5 stages to the interview. 1st stage is a phone call with the recruiter. 2nd stage is an interview with the hiring manager. 3rd stage is an interview with the hiring manager and the employee you will potentially be working with. 4th stage is the Gallup interview. 5th stage was a presentation and case study.

Interview
Multiple interview rounds and a Gallup strength assessment, followed by more interviews. They tend to ghost you if your Gallup strength assessment doesn't align with the personality type they're looking for.

Long but fair. Being a recognizable company, many apply. The Gallup survey cuts many out of the equation however. They have a great portfolio, but others have a more complete portfolio.
