I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Mahwah, NJ) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview/hiring process took about two months. Everyone was helpful and willing to answer my questions. I also did my homework but looking at these forums for information about the gallups interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They repeated a lot of the questions. They are just trying to make sure that you are consistent. So, don't doubt yourself and be consistent.
It was a standard interview process with a personality test included at some point that you never get results from or feedback regarding. They will likely not respond to you after the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Amsterdam) in Aug 2021
Interview
After being approached by an external recruiter, I had three interviews using Teams Meeting. One with the line manager, one with the director and one with the country leads.
This is followed by a one hour telephone assessment using Gallup.
Decision on the interview process was quite quick.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2020
Interview
The complete process lasted about 1.5 months. It constituted of about 8 rounds including a gallup (psychometric) round followed by a few rounds of negotiations.
The interview questions were mostly around management and people skills. Some of them were around technical skills but on a broad level only.
I had a good experience. The interviews lasted from 30min to 2 hours.
The interviewers were warm and nice to talk to and the level of questions were relevant to the position.
The interviews included 1 pre gallup, 1 gallup, 3 of them with rising seniority of managers, 1 with HR BP, 1 with american counterparts, 1 with VP R&D
The HR also followed up really well and regularly and warm and nice to talk to.
As a rule, do not take any interview for granted. Please well, be honest, confident, remember various recent (last 3 to 5 years) instances of your career and go for it.
