Classic fourth round. Met with my future manager, the head of the group I'd be supporting, and two other members of the team. Stryker was welcoming and supportive and provided classic benefits (lodging and food refunds). They were also quite flexible when I couldn't originally make the first date they suggested and worked well with my schedule.

The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
