Terrible because it doesn’t matter what the Stryker employees think about you. It all depends whether or not a random person from a 3rd party likes you. The person that interviewed me from Gallup (3rd party) had a bad attitude and I just knew my chances of making it to the next round were extremely low since it was up to this negative person that was not even a Stryker employee.

Video interview. Professional, thorough and polite. The interview process was structured and thorough, including recruiter, manager interviews. Preparation and clear communication were key, and I appreciated the professional, engaging approach.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
pretty chill interview, all the people interviewing me were very attractive so it was very intimidating. I didn't end up getting a job but they mention a lot during the interview that the job will consist of a lot of driving around and being comfortable to put yourself out there, which makes sense but once put out in front of me like that i realized it wouldn't be a good fit
