I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Stryker (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
Had a phone interview with HR. Was moved on to a second interview which would normally have been a face to face with the manager. However, since the manager was not local he conducted it via FaceTime. This was all fine until I realized he was conducting the interview while driving. Not in his car-DRIVING. Very unprofessional (and unsafe). Also, he was not a very personable guy that I felt I would be comfortable working with. Was in shock that someone would conduct themselves and represent what I thought was an elite company in such a manner. Again-this was a FaceTime interview that he conducted while actually driving! Also found it disrespectful of my time as I took time to prepare for this interview and time away from my current job for this interview. All around the worst interview I have ever had and left an extremely negative impression of Stryker on me. Will never consider a company that finds it ok to conduct business this way.

Question 1
Explain how you keep your customers of many years engaged in your products and what do you do to differentiate yourself from your competitors?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
