Interview
Applied online. First interview was a phone call with an HR coordinator. Questions were very quick and prompt, giving barely any time to answer. Second interview was also a phone call with the hiring manager. Again, questions were very similar.
I did just the screening with the recruiter. It was very simple; I walked through my resume. I was also asked to name my 3 best strengths. The interview was around 30 minutes long.
First interview was 30 minutes with HR asking about my experience and salary expectations and notice period
Then second interview after 4 days with Meta and EMEA marketing managers and first question was to introduce my self and second question was about my nationality
It was 4 rounds and the final round was a final presentation for about 4 or 5 people with four 1 on 1 interviews in the same day right after the presentation.
