I applied through university. I interviewed at Stryker in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied through my university, initially in September but concluded the interview in February. I did an in person interview at my university in late September which I thought went well. I waited for a response and never received one. I spoke to them again when they came back to campus for spring recruiting and they seemed surprised I never received a response. I was then given an hour long personality interview through Gallup. A week afterwards, I received an email saying I was no longer in consideration for the job.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
Video interview. Asked questions about the resume and projects. Asked about the willingness to relocate to the job location. Asked about the role I'm interested in and how I see myself in 5 years
The process was very thorough, but very well organized and articulated. Career fair interview, Initial screening interview, HR manager screening interview, Gallup test, full day of interviewing (manager interviews, technical interview, potential future peer interviews). Overall, I was very impressed.

Met with recruiter at a career fair, then in person interview with another recruiter on my campus, phone interview through Gallup (intense), and then flew me to an on-site interview(s) in Salt Lake City. Last one was basically 6 interview back to back.
