I was emailed within a week of applying to schedule a time for a phone call with HR. It was about a 20 minute phone call a little over a week after I applied for the position. She asked for a job highlight, why I moved, what my career goals were, why I wanted to get into sales. Overall, she was really great to talk to, but it didn't go anywhere for me.
