Interview
Professional, used a 3rd party company to interview me without bias as I was already working for company. Great experience. Questions were a mixed bag of situations and examples. Process was a little long and took a while to get going but I was persistent.
I was asked about my relevant experience and how I would handle certain situations that reflected my ability to problems solve, communicate effectively and management multiple tasks at once. I told there would be extensive onsite training for the first 3 months of employment to prepare coaches for the workload and answering client questions and concerns.
