Interview
Had a typical first interview chat of work history. Interview took place in their office. It is very clean and somewhat sterile. I didn't get the impression I would want to work there. They ghosted me after the first interview which was disappointing and unprofessional.
3 Stage Process. First stage is an interview with Group Financial Controller. Second stage is financial modelling test and final stage is interview with CEO.
First stage is technical or skill based assessment. Second stage is financial modelling and the final stage is behavioural or personality assessment.
