Interviewed. Did not go through hiring. It was a joint interview with two ladies. Their questions were in regards to the company and why my interests are. They also asked if I could be an ice cream, what type of ice cream would I be.

I randomly visited the SMPR website and submitted a resume and writing sample by email. Within a couple weeks, I received an email to set up an interview. I met with one employee - very straightforward questions to see if my goals aligned with the company goals.

Interview
I sat at a round table with two employees from SMPR. They explained the how the company started, the founders vision, some of their current clients, and where they are headed. They asked about my background, what I wanted from a career, what I was hoping to learn, and if I could do anything in the world what would it be. In addition they chose a random personality question from a jar demonstrating the ability of the candidate to think quickly on their feet.
