Stratton Finance interview questions

I applied online and was proposed to book a phone interview which I did. The person never showed up, and then completely ghosted me... I find such behavior so disrespectful. I spent time appliying, preparing the interview, trying to call and email him but he did not even made a 1-minute effort to pick up the phone... The experience could not be worse
