Standard interview questions that are followed up by an assessment of quantitative / qualitative skills (SPSS, Excel, coding transcripts, etc). This was followed by a presentation of the work output from doing the assessment. During which, interviewers will ask questions and clarification on the methodology and hypothetical scenarios. Interviewers were friendly & professional during the interview and explained the job scope well.
