The stat method was used so just answer all questions in that manner.
For example: how do you handle irate customers?
Describe a tome when you felt overwhelmed at work? What did you do?

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer? How did you handle the situation and what was the result?
I didn't really have an interview, more of a call asking if I was interested in the job and not much information beyond that. I was also given false information at the time of the interview still took the job because the pay was decent at the time.
