The interview process was fairly straightforward and mostly personality-based. The team focused on getting to know how I approach problems and work with others. There was a technical assessment as part of the process, but the interviews themselves were more conversational. Everyone I spoke with had a very positive attitude and the overall experience felt collaborative and welcoming.

Interview
I went through six rounds of interviews for this role, including a technical assessment, and was rejected. The interview process was straightforward and everybody seemed very kind. I'd completely understand the length of the interviews for senior level level roles, but this seemed too excessive and a complete waste of time.

Interview
The interview went really well and I came out of it feeling good about the whole conversation. It felt more like a discussion than a formal interview, which made it easy to be myself and talk through my experience. I was able to share my background, ask some good questions, and connect my skills to what they’re looking for. The interviewer was friendly and engaged, and the vibe overall was positive. I left feeling excited about the role and hopeful about next steps.
