There are several rounds of easy interviews. All of the questions are very basic. Each interview was very conversational. Each person was very kind and positive. They want to know you are a normal person who will work hard.

Interview
Strand contacted me through my school's engineer career services for an on-campus interview. At the end of the interview, the Strand employee I talked with said I would be recommended to a second interview. At the second interview, I interviewed with two vice presidents individually and was given a tour of the office. There was no particular job that I was specifically applying or knew that was available, however, I told them what I was looking for. The interview process was very conversational and really was only asked one question of "tell me a little bit about yourself".
