I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stout
Interview
Screener, 2v1 remote 3x 45 mins in person at the office with all levels (analyst through MD). Overall good. Received notification and progress very quickly. Was fortunate to have spoken with recruiter previously so understood the process.

I interviewed at Stout (San Diego, CA)
Interview
The interview process was very easy-going and I wasn't hit with many technical questions. They are looking for someone who is naturally smart and good with accounting/excel. The rest of the questions are largely behavioral.
Thank you for sharing your interview experience. We’re glad the process felt easy-going and positive, and we appreciate you considering Stout as a potential future employer.
Three rounds
1) recruiter - basic introduction with high-level questions about resume, interest in the role, etc.
2) interview w/ team member - Mostly behavioral - all straight forward questions with no real surprises
3) super day w/ panel interviews - again, mostly behavioral, with some situation based questions
