Several rounds of interviews, mostly about background and culture fit. One interview with the ceo, one with dev ops and one with HR. Overall it was a straightforward easy process.
I was ghosted after the 3rd interview, a very poor candidate experience.

Interview
I first met with the People & Culture Lead, Jasmine, who was so easy to talk to! She ran through the role and what it entails. She also asked about my background, experience etc.
It was followed by two more interviews with other members of the CS team, who were also so friendly and welcoming!
