Very welcoming and positive. Questions were geared towards community building and how you would deal with difficult resident situations. Be prepared to discuss what programs you will host and how you will create a welcoming community that will encourage residents to attend your programs.

Interview
First you needed to submit your resume and cover letter; you also needed to get recommendations. There was a group interview with collaborative activities. If you got selected from that there was then an interview with three other people in the Campus Residence department, either RAs or professional staff.
