Interview
Fairly easy interview. Two rounds of in-person interviews in total. HR emailed and called to set up the initial interview. I met with the marketing coordinator for the first interview. Second interview is with the marketing manager and director.
The hiring process is relatively slow. I followed up a week after the interview and was told that an update should be provided the next day by noon. Never heard back. One week later HR sent out an email to notify I was not selected. I imagine they have hired someone internally because two existing employee were looking to transfer.
The job title is marketing assistant, but the nature of the job is arguably an apartment assistant manager's job.

Interview
The process went by fast I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and we set up an interview. I came in a week later for an interview and we then went over the interviewing process. They had me take an assessment and I submitted a drug test via mouth swab same day.
