The interview was a typical Q & A in an interview scenario. First, I was interviewed by one of the department heads and I was asked about my mortgage background, experience and career goals as well as what the company has to offer in terms of career growth opportunities. After the initial interview, the Processing Department Head interviewed me with a Sr. Processor, mainly discussed what the job duties and responsibilities are. What to expect on the job and the necessary skills needed to efficiently perform the work well.

Never had one. I was literally offered the job while playing GTA V Online. I'm not joking. I emailed in a bunch of paperwork, which was botched once, and that was about it.

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter a few days later. Completed phone interview the following day. They called back to schedule a face to face interview which occurred the following week. I met with Team Lead / Manager. She was very nice and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Overall I got a very positive vibe about the place
