Interview was a group interview, but upon follow up, was told that my personality was not a good fit for stone creek. I kept it professional, but also conversed to progress the flow of the interview. I have been a barista for 5 years, and have always been praised for being likable so I took this very personally.

Bigger group (about ten) people and two interviewers. Good attitudes all around. Interviewers clearly searching for certain things and keeping notes via laptop. Easy going questions for the most part.

Interview
No resume was asked for in the application process, or during the interview. They conducted interview in a group format where questions were asked, that were not totally relevant to the position applying for. Group interview was between 1 and 1.5 hours.
