Was very pleasant experience
They have a very nice office and the people were open and kind. It starts with group case and then goes into the individual interviews where you are seated in separate rooms with the interviewer

Interview
After three on-campus interviews, each lasting for 45 minutes, I was invited for final round interviews in Munich. This included a 30 minutes case presentation which was provided 45 minutes in advance and had to be presented in an interactive discussion to a group of three Stern Stewart consultant including two partners. Afterwards, a one hour interview with one of those partners followed.

On Campus interview. Accounting and Finance skills questions. Second round with back to back interviews, most of them technical and one fit interview. As a final round a valuation live case interview (you have to present your valuation prepared previously with data supplied by the company). It is intended to simulate a client/consultant meeting/presentation
