Sterling Construction interview questions

Very friendly. Interviewed with two recruiters on my college campus. Asked about my work experience and the specific classes I took. They asked to name a weakness that I had, along with any challenge I have overcome. The interview was primarily behavioral in order to see if I was a good fit for the company. A lot of personal questions, no technical brain teasers or anything of that sort.

I was pre-screened by phone, next called in for an interview, and had a two panel interview. I was asked scenario type questions.
