I applied online. I interviewed at Stephens County Hospital (Toccoa, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
You go in, speak to the manager of the department. She'll ask you basic interview question and see what you're experience. And then She'll ask questions more about you. She doesn't typically worry to much about experience, so much as personality. They believe everyone can be trained to the job, so she cares more about finding people who work well together.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stephens County Hospital (Toccoa, GA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Interview was a 1:1 meeting with the CEO alone in his office. It was a very casual meeting, not intimidating at all. Covered job duties, reporting and priorities. Should have gone into more detail about benefits, specifically PTO and how non-clinical employees are not given holidays off (must use PTO).

Question 1
What strengths did I gain from my background in government relations would I be bringing to the position?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stephens County Hospital (Toccoa, GA) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online and got the call for an interview about 3 weeks later. I interviewed one on one in the medical records department. The interviewer was cordial and friendly and gave great detail about the job. The only criticism I have is the lack of follow up on their part. I am certain that by now they have chosen someone, however they have not followed up with a rejection letter. I feel that it is unprofessional to leave people hanging. It would at least show show some decency and common courtesy if follow up rejection letters were sent to those not chosen. Other than that, the interview went well.
