4 step interview process: Phone, in person, group interview, and then a final interview if selected. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was very positive and vibrant.

Very rigorous interview process. Makes you feel like they are very selective and this is an important, high level role, but really it’s a sales and pyramid scheme/MML scheme. You go through a series of interviews. First phone interview, then in person interview, then a “group interview” which is really a sales pitch, then meet with the VP of sales and then they’ll call you in for another interview if you make it to that point.
