I passed the assessment it was all related to what a helpdesk technician job is. I thought that I also passed the initial interview because the interviewer told me that she will endorse me to the operational manager/hiring manager and keep my line open, so I expect and prepare myself for the final interview she also told me that the final interview questions are all about technical related. After a day she sent an email to me telling me that I am not qualified for the position

My interview with Stefanini went well. The discussion was positive and engaging, and I was able to clearly explain my skills and experience. The interviewer responded well to my background, and the overall conversation felt productive and encouraging.

Interview
Only question about the job role I'm applying with, work experiences and the ability to relocate from my present address. The interview only takes about 10 to 15 minutes. I don't know if it's good or bad. The interviewer didn't ask me too much questions about the job that I'm going to apply with maybe because it's only a initial interview.
