I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Boston, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Brief phone screen, then a much longer phone interview a few days later. However, I chose to fly up to Boston to interview with the firm, even though they would not pay for my flight, as I value the in person interview experience. I was surprised the firm felt comfortable hiring someone completely through phone interviews. When I actually interviewed, I enjoyed the experience.

The process was pretty basic. I applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later for a phone interview. They asked me very general interview questions as well as questions about items that were listed on the description of the program. If I had been better prepared I would have done much better.
