I applied through university. I interviewed at State Street (Boston, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
First round on campus and the final around was a visit to their Boston office. HR department is very disorganized, I was notified of my final round interview only 2 days beforehand and I asked for another time but I was told that I would not be able to interview for this position if I didn't take this interview slot. I interviewed for the Investment Management Services track of the PDP. I was eventually given an offer after waiting for over a month after my interview. My offer was eventually revoked because of my citizenship despite the fact that they continue to advertise that they are non-discriminatory of citizenship, nationality, etc. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions on a case about a company looking to outsource in order to cut down on costs.
only made it to the first stage which was a phone screening. I spoke with a hiring manager in HR, who would have made the interview as quick as possible, so it is up to you to have questions ready.
