I applied through employee referral. Some team leaders from the US headquarters took my interview. They were calm and mostly asked behavioral questions. After clearing the interview, the HR got back to me after 20 days.

Question 1
How do you handle stress and pressure? What kind of team do you like working with? All behavioral questions.
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Sydney) in Oct 2025

I was told there'd be a couple rounds of interviews but in the end there was only one. After that it took a month or so before their HR team based in India contacted me saying I had been shortlisted for the role.
