The interview process consisted of a phone interview, second round and a final round with a presentation and a series of interviews. Interviewers were really nice and mainly stuck with behavioral questions. HR at State Street, however, was the worst I have ever experienced.
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.

I was told there'd be a couple rounds of interviews but in the end there was only one. After that it took a month or so before their HR team based in India contacted me saying I had been shortlisted for the role.
