Originally, a call to understand key strengths and relevant background information. Followed by a face-to-face interview, which was much more indepth and demanding. Such as educational background and experience, in addition questions regarding knowledge of the sector and the job functions. Understanding of the company and services was clearly very important.

Interview
Very unprofessional interview process. They called at 5 p.m. from the office in India. It was hard to understand the person who was in charge of recruiting. There was a lot of noise in the background. They asked about my previous experience and then proceed to ask questions about finance.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Frankfurt am Main) in Aug 2024
Interview
The atmosphere was comfortable with 2 managers. The interview was positive, and it took 1 hour. 2 rounds with HR and manager. After that, get the contract. I dont know what I should say more.
Behavioral was about myself and then technicals about certain coding structures and how to handle situations. It was a good experience with very helpful people and hope to work there one day.
