Received a phone interview from a recruiter out of the blue (no setting up of interview date via email). Questions were standard behavioural questions.

Interview
Applied on linkedIn and got a phone call the day after from the EMEA HR recruiter from India. It lasted 20 mins and was quite relax.
Two days after got the second call from India, the second round lasted for 25/30 mins. I was told I will receive an email with the interview review and if I am successful for the next round for a face to face interview in Dublin.
Note: I am still waiting for the email!!
