I applied through university. I interviewed at State Street (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied online through my college career board. Received a phone call several weeks later and was told that someone would be contacting me to schedule an interview. After another several weeks, someone reached out to me and we scheduled an interview. Interviewed in Boston at the Channel Center. Interviewers were two men from HR. One was middle aged, the other looked like he may have been younger than me. He was stuttering because he was so nervous about conducting the interview. Took a lot of the pressure off of me but was definitely a bit strange.

Interview
The process was pretty basic. I applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later for a phone interview. They asked me very general interview questions as well as questions about items that were listed on the description of the program. If I had been better prepared I would have done much better.
