Interview
I met with two ladies on the Development team, who were both quite cordial and warm. All standard interview questions were asked. We filled the entire interview time on both occasions, which was about an hour.

Are you comfortable calling cold prospects over the phone?
Video call with recruiter, good conversation. Asked about my personal passions with their company or other non for profits. Do research on companies they partner with and always ask a question at the end.
