Interview
It was a 6 stages hiring process, starting with first screening call with the TA, written assessment, first IV with Assistant Marketing Manager, 2nd IV with Country's Manager, Third IV with Deputy CEO then last layer to do presentation of their products with the Country's Manager. Everyone was very welcoming and transparent throughout the process. Even my TA was very responsive for any questions that I have.

Interview
3 interviews in total - 1 was with the People and Culture team, 1 was with the Dept Team Lead and Dept Manager and finally the last 1 was with the Head of Dept and a country manager.
The whole process was seamless and merely took days. They really respected the interviewees' time by ensuring to provide updates soonest possible. They would share the brief itinenary/content to discuss before the interview took place as well.
During the interview itself, the interviewers were very friendly and open as well. It really felt more like a casual conversation.

There were four rounds of interview and all the interviewers were very honest, down-to-earth and relational. They seek for people with value. HR was also very clear in explaining the process and answering enquiries. She was very accommodating with scheduling the interviews and the process was very smooth.
