I made it to the take home assignment stage. The recruiter and the hiring manager were great: open communication and gave me an honest overview of the role and company
Standard interviewing process, first with my potential direct manager, then there were marathon interviews with several other people I'd be working with. It's been great to assess the culture fit and get to know the people I'd have been working with. (In my case there was no cultural fit.) There was no task to resolve, as some other companies make you do.
