Very unprofessional as they do not give the courtesy of contacting a candidate after an interview to let them know if they have been successful or not progressing. In addition very slow to arrange interview.
I was contacted the first week of January and asked my availability for specific dates to attend a call with the CRO. I replied advising my availability and did not hear back until 31st Jan asking if I was available in February. I had a call with the chief risk officer on the Monday and he advised they would be in contact and let me know about next steps at the of the week/following week. They never contacted me in any capacity to advise they would not be progressing or any sort of communication. I contacted the CRO at the end of February for an update on the position or feedback. I did not receive any response.
