Started with a phone screen, then first round interview. Round 2 involved vignettes to gauge how you would respond to potential scenarios with clients. Overall it was straightforward. Questions were shared in advance, which was appreciated.

What is your experience providing case management?
The interview was standard, and involved 2 rounds. I was asked to prepare responses to several different case scenarios. They were not too challenging and reflected the diversity and experience of the clients being served. Overall, a great learning experience.
