Interview
The supervisor was extremely welcoming. The main manager was stoic and didnt have much of a personality. She insisted that one of my previous positions was more like my other job (that was actually collections). I tried to take the focus off of my account executive position and more toward my billing experience but it was clear that she was annoyed.
