This interview was for a lab assistant position that I applied to as a first-year undergraduate student - I felt that the questions were average but I wasn't expecting such a focus on behavioral responses.

Question 1
What is your proudest accomplishment? Describe relevant background related to the project
It was not very long. It was focused on behavioural questions as well as research experience questions. Overall it was relatively straightfoward and I heard back soon. I accepted and worked there for about a year.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
There was a brief meeting with my department assistant director to talk about the job. I told her about my interests and background as an undergraduate student assistant and I got the position immediately. Standard interviewing processes didn't apply in this case because it was a position within my department.
