The process was very interactive and fun. I took the pymetrics test and a hirevue pre recorded interview. I applied for the financial market internship and most of the interview questions are behavioural and motivation based.

Tell me about a time you faced difficulty and how did you scale through it? Tell me about a time you worked in a team, your role and what change you made?
Pymetrics Test first and then 3 Hirevue questions, have around 2 mins to answer each question. The interview process is pretty seamless and straightforward but does require some background knowledge into world events or industry specific events.

This is a video interview conducted on a platform similar to HireVue after a Pymetrics- and values test. You are allowed three minutes to prepare your answer after reading the question and two minutes max to answer it.

Interview
It is a 4-hour-long AC interview with five other candidates, 1HR, and 2 heads. The first half was about a case study and then technicals, the final part was the behaviors. The interview was fast-paced and required quick responses.
